• It's coming home - Brittany Ferries ship arrives home in Pompey

All Brittany Ferries services leaving the UK or arriving home tonight will be showing the world cup semi-final on tellies. The company says it is reassuring worried passengers, after many have made contact via email and through social channels in the last 24 hours.

Brittany Ferries operates from Portsmouth, Poole and Plymouth, serving five destinations in France and two in northern Spain. It says 7,343 passengers will be on board ships tonight during the game, around 90 percent of whom are Brits. Everyone will have the chance to cheer on England in bars on board. That’s guaranteed.

Same goes for the final – which we trust will be England v Spain, of course.
