Our proudest day : Brittany Ferries welcomes 11 D-Day heroes

This year fifteen veterans will cross the Channel with Brittany Ferries, compared with thirty two last year.

Today is D Day. We look back on a memorable VVIP voyage and look forward to carrying veterans home later this week

Today (6 June) is the 80th anniversary of D-Day. In the run-up, Brittany Ferries has carried around 60 veterans to the five landing beaches. The biggest group of 31 travelled on Tuesday.
